SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 boxes frozen spinach (cooked and well drained)
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can water chestnuts (drained and sliced)
Bread or cracker crumbs

Combine all ingredients except crumbs. Place in buttered casserole and top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly hot.
