SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (4 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings
3/4 stick butter, melted
Cracker crumbs

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Heat soup and cream cheese to soften. Mix with spinach, add mushrooms, water chestnuts, onion rings. Pour into greased 9"x9" dish. Melt butter and add enough cracker crumbs to absorb butter. Spread on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
