1 env. onion soup mix
2 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Turn into 1 quart casserole. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6 servings.
