CROCK POT SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained 2 c. cream style cottage cheese 1/4 c. butter into pieces 1 1/2 c. (1/2 lb.) American cheese, cubed 3 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Pour into greased crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then low for 4-5 hours. This dish is especially nice for buffet as you can serve in heated crock pot. |
