HAM 'N SWISS BROCCOLI QUICHE 
15 oz. pkg. Pillsbury pie crust
1 tsp. flour

FILLING:

1 c. half and half or milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. cubed, cooked ham
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
1 c. fresh broccoli florets, blanched, well drained
1 tbsp. chopped onion

In medium bowl combine half and half, eggs, dry mustard and pepper; set aside. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust. Pour egg mixture over ham, cheese and broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes (insert knife until comes out clean). Cool 5 minutes, cut. 6 to 8 servings.

TIPS: Frozen broccoli thawed and well drained can be substituted for fresh broccoli.
