HAM & SWISS CHEESE QUICHE 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 1/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. diced onions
1 c. diced ham
White pepper
Pie shell with rim

Beat eggs well. Add mayonnaise and milk. Add cornstarch and white pepper. Blend well. Add cheese, onions and diced ham. Blend well. Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to use. Stir mixture to combine and place in the unbaked 10 inch diameter pie shell.

Place quiche on a cookie sheet and bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 40 minutes. Let quiche set for 8 minutes before cutting. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, if desired.
