HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. lard
Pinch of salt
2 1/2 tbsp. ice water

FILLING:

5 strips bacon
1 c. half & half
1/2 c. diced Swiss cheese
1/4 c. diced ham
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
3 eggs

Fry and drain bacon; crumble over pastry bottom. Sprinkle cheese and ham over bacon. Blend remaining items and pour over bacon, ham, and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until brown.
