HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell, prebaked at 400 degrees for 8 minutes
1/2 lb. ground ham
1 c. Swiss cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. onion, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix: Ham, cheese and onions together. In small bowl beat eggs, stir in cream, salt and pepper. Put ham and cheese mixture in cooled pie shell. Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
