HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE 
1 pie shell, baked
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 - 3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. chopped onion
Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked ham
1 c. grated cheese, cheddar
Garlic salt to taste
Salt to taste

Combine eggs, milk, pepper, baking powder, salt and onion; beat well. Stir in ham and cheese and mushrooms. Spoon into baked pie shell and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 425 degrees or until firm in center.
