SWISS CHEESE AND HAM QUICHE 
1 deep dish pie crust
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
4 eggs, beaten
5 slices shredded ham or chunks
1 c. heavy or whipping cream
Pepper
Parmesan cheese

Bake pie crust. Sprinkle ham and cheese in bottom of crust. Add pepper. Mix cream and beaten eggs together. Pour on top of cheese and ham. Bake 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes. The last 10 minutes sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and return to oven. Allow to stand 20 minutes before serving. Serves 6- 8.
