QUICK HAM & CHEESE QUICHE 
1 frozen pastry shell (9")
3/4 c. cheddar cheese, grated
3 slices ham (Sandwich meat)
3 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. regular milk
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. onion flakes
1/8 tsp. salt

Bake pastry shell 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Place cheese and ham in pastry shell. Beat eggs with milk, mustard, onion flakes and salt; pour over cheese and ham. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until set. Serves 6.

Optional: 1/4 cup finely chopped onion instead of onion flakes. If desired add 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper.
