POTATOES CHEESE QUICHE 
24 oz. shredded frozen hash browns
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. ham, diced
1 med. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 can mushrooms
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk

Slightly thaw hash browns. Pat in 10 inch pie pan. Brush melted butter on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Beat eggs and add milk, ham, onion, celery, mushrooms, and cheeses. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes to set. Yield: 6 servings.

Tasted good but took a 1 hour to cook with tin foil on top.
