QUICHE WITH POTATO CRUST 
4 c. grated potatoes
1 onion
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
3 eggs
1 c. light cream
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. ham or bacon
1 1/2 c. cooked chopped broccoli or cauliflower
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Combine potatoes, onions, egg, flour, salt and pepper. Press into oiled pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine balance of ingredients, except cheese and put over baked bottom. Sprinkle the top with the cheese. Return to the oven. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm.
