QUICK HAM AND SWISS QUICHE 
2 c. chopped cooked ham
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped green onions
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Butter 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with ham, cheese and onion in the bottom of the pie plate. In a blender beat the remaining ingredients until smooth, about 15 seconds. Pour into the pie plate. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes.
