HAM AND SWISS QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
6 oz. diced ham
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. diced onion
1 (9 inch) pie shell (raw)

Combine all ingredients; pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until firm and lightly browned, about 45 minutes.
