HAM 'N SWISS BROCCOLI QUICHE | |
15 oz. pkg. Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crust 1 tsp. flour Prepare crust as box directions say for 1 crust pie, save and refrigerate other crust for later. Use 9" pie plate. FILLING: 1 c. half and half or milk 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4-1/2 tsp. dry mustard or regular 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 c. cubed, cooked ham (I use 6 oz. Spam) 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese 1 c. fresh broccoli florets 1 tbsp. chopped onion In medium bowl mix milk, eggs, mustard and pepper; set aside. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli, onion in crust lined pan. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes, cut into wedges. 6 to 8 servings. |
