MARINATED PORK CHOPS 
6-8 pork chops
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. catsup
4 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. butter

Combine all items (except chops) in saucepan and heat thoroughly. Place chops in dish (9 x 13 inch approximately). Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over pork chops and marinate 3-4 hours or overnight. Cook over low fire heat on grill approximately 30 minutes and baste while cooking.
