CARROT CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked mashed carrots
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. flour

Mix sugar, eggs, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder. Add milk, melted butter, and mashed carrots. Use milk to mash carrots.

Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until crusty and brown.
