BROCCOLI PUFF | |
30 oz. frozen broccoli cuts 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 3/4 c. Miracle Whip 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 to 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs 3 tbsp. melted or soft butter Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt called for; drain thoroughly. Place broccoli in 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Stir together undiluted soups. Gradually add Miracle Whip and beaten eggs, stirring until well blended Pour over broccoli in baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle evenly over soup mixture. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 45 minutes, until crumbs are lightly browned. |
