CORN OR BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen corn or broccoli
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook broccoli or corn as directed on package. Drain.

Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in broccoli or corn and cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour. Serve immediately.
