WET COCONUT CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix or use your own pound cake recipe 1 can Eagle Brand milk One 8 oz. can of cream of coconut milk 12 oz. Cool Whip 1 can coconut about 7 oz. Mix cake, bake in long pan. While cake is still warm, poke holes in cake with fork. Combine condensed milk and coconut milk, pour over warm holes punctured in the cake. Let cool in the refrigerator 2 to 3 hours. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. Very good! |
