LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box lemon Jello
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
3/4 c. cold water
1 tsp. lemon juice

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. melted butter
Juice and grated rind of 2 lemons

Mix together cake mix, Jello and oil. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add cold water, lemon juice and again mix well. Pour cake into angel cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

TOPPING: Mix together and pour over cake while hot; let all cool in pan.
