JANET'S BROCCOLI PUFF CASSEROLE | |
10 oz. pkg. cut broccoli, cooked & drained 1/4 c. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. grated cheese, Monterey Jack or cheddar or Swiss 1/4 c. milk 2 beaten eggs 1/4 c. Contadina bread crumbs 1 tbsp. melted butter Place cooked and drained broccoli in an 8 x 8 pan and spray with PAM. Mix the sour cream, soup, cheese, milk and eggs. Pour over the broccoli. Combine the Contadina bread crumbs and melted butter in a skillet. Sprinkle over the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or microwave for 15 minutes on full power. |
