JANET'S BROCCOLI PUFF CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. cut broccoli, cooked & drained
1/4 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated cheese, Monterey Jack or cheddar or Swiss
1/4 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. Contadina bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Place cooked and drained broccoli in an 8 x 8 pan and spray with PAM. Mix the sour cream, soup, cheese, milk and eggs. Pour over the broccoli. Combine the Contadina bread crumbs and melted butter in a skillet. Sprinkle over the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or microwave for 15 minutes on full power.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
