PEANUT BUSTER PARFAIT DESSERT 
1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. peanuts
2/3 c. chocolate chips
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 can evaporated milk

For crust mix together Oreo cookies and 1/2 cup butter. Flatten in 9 x 13 inch pan and freeze. When crust is frozen, put 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream over crust. Spread 1 1/2 cups peanuts over ice cream and return to freezer.

Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 8 minutes. Cool sauce completely then pour over ice cream. Return dessert to freezer until frozen hard.
