PEANUT BUSTER DESSERT 
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 can Hershey's hot fudge (yellow can)
1 jar honey, roasted or Spanish peanuts
Cool Whip

Crush Oreo cookies, saving 1 cup and mix with melted butter. Layer the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with this mixture. Let ice cream soften and spread onto cookie layer. Warm can of fudge and pour over ice cream. Add layer of peanuts, then end with layer of Cool Whip. Sprinkle remaining Oreo cookie crumbs on top. Place in freezer. Let thaw a few minutes before serving.
