BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
6-8 chicken breast, boned & skinned
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. butter

Arrange chicken breast in an 11"x7" baking dish. Combine soup and water in a small mixing bowl. Pour over chicken breast. Sprinkle grated cheese first, then stuffing mix over chicken breast. Melt butter and drizzle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour and 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
