CHICKEN SWISS CHEESE BAKE 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. chicken (boneless) breasts
Onion
Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb. butter (melted)
Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix (blue bag)

Boil chicken for 10 minutes with sliced onion. Spread chicken pieces out in a 9x9 pan. Cover with Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup and 1 can milk.

Mix butter and 2 cups of Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix (blue bag). Sprinkle over chicken and Swiss cheese mixture. Bake 350 degrees, 45 minutes - 1 hour.

This is a wonderful meal for a family. We recieved this meal from a friend after having a baby and it was a family favorite. I make it myself now and instead of using milk mixed with the cream of chicken soup I use white wine. I also boil the chicken in chicken stock instead of water to give it extra flavor. Yum!

Didn't have all your ingredients on hand and I couldn't wait to try this recipe...so not wanting to run out to the store I scavenged up whatever similar ingredients I could find laying around... croutons instead of stuffing, cheddar instead of Swiss, OMG it was delicious. My grocery list now has your ingredients on it... can't wait to try your version.
