8 center-cut pork chops
Mustard
Ketchup
Juice from jar of sweet pickles

Brown chops. Smear each side with mustard and ketchup. Return to skillet. Add pickle juice. Cook slowly until chops are done and juice is a thick glaze. Fix these and see how many want pork chops only this way!
