SPANISH STYLE PORK CHOPS 
Have ready 4 or 5 pork chops. Arrange chops in baking dish; salt and pepper. Place 1 tablespoon rice on each chop, then add 1/2 inch thick onion slice on top of rice. Pour pint can of tomatoes over above. Then add 1 teaspoon salt, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Baste occasionally; remove cover last 30 minutes.
