SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
4 loin chops
1/3 c. rice, uncooked
4 med. onions
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. chablis

Place chops in butter casserole or glass baking dish with heaping tablespoon uncooked rice on each chop. Cover with alternate layers sliced onion and tomatoes. Season. Pour the chablis over all. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours, basting with juice in the pan occasionally. Leave cover off last 15 minutes to brown. Serves 4.
