SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
Onions
Potatoes

Rub the pork chops with salt, pepper and dry mustard. Place in roasting pan. Combine the Worcestershire sauce, catsup and water. Pour over the pork chops, onions and potatoes. Cut onions and potatoes in half. Place on top. Bake in slow oven 2 hours at 300 degrees.
