EASY ONE DISH DINNER (MICROWAVE) 
1 lb. ground beef
4 med. potatoes
2 ribs celery
2 med. carrots
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown beef in 2 quart casserole dish for 5 minutes on high, drain fat. Peel and slice vegetables. In 2 quart casserole dish, layer 1/2 vegetable, cover with 1/2 of meat, spoon on 1/2 soup. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Cover dish and cook on high 10 minutes. Then on bake (60% power) for 20 minutes. Rotate dish several times during cooking. (Leftover warm up very nicely!)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
