BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 bunches broccoli spears, steamed
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. boiled chicken, cut in pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 jar mushrooms
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and pour in large baking dish. Sprinkle herb stuffing mix on top.

Bake at 350°F until real bubbly.
