BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 c. broccoli, steamed
1 c. carrots
1 c. celery
1/2 chopped onion
1 c. potatoes, diced
1/4 c. butter
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. cheese
salt and pepper

Cook until vegetables are tender, then add soup and cheese. Cook until cheese melts.
