SHARP VINAIGRETTE 
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. white wine vinegar or tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Fresh ground black pepper
2-3 lg. cloves garlic

Combine the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and the garlic, either minced or pressed. Beat in the olive oil gradually with a whisk or fork until well blended.
