HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. hash brown patties (I use Ore Ida) 1 (10 oz.) can cream of potato soup 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup 1 (8 oz.) tub sour cream 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese salt pepper Place 8 frozen hash brown patties on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Chop onion and sauté. Mix both soups, dairy sour cream, onion and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over hash browns and top with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Remove foil and return to oven for 15 minutes more. Submitted by: Sheila |
