FROZEN STRAWBERRY RHUBARB JAM 
3 c. crushed strawberries
1 1/2 c. crushed rhubarb
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 box Sure Jell

Mix strawberries, rhubarb, Sure Jell, 1/2 teaspoon butter. Bring to a full boil on high. Add sugar and bring to a full boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour into containers. Let cool and freeze.
