MOCK ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
2 c. cake flour
2 c. white sugar
1 c. boiling water
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
6 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Sift together cake flour and sugar 7 times. Pour boiling water over flour and sugar. Mix well. Cool. Add baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. Fold the 2 mixtures together. Bake in a greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

SOUR CREAM RAISIN FILLING:

1 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Cook until thick. Cool and pour on cooled cake. Melt 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate or chocolate chips and spread over raisin mixture.
