CASHEW BUTTER 
3 cups roasted cashews
1/2 to 1/3 cup vegetable oil (as needed)
1 tsp. sea salt (if using unsalted nuts)

Add cashews to a food processor bowl, 1 cup at a time and purée with oil drizzled in, alternating between nuts, oil and salt. Process until desired crunchiness is attained, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Put into a container big enough and refrigerate to keep oil from separating.
