RAMEN NOODLE CASHEW CHICKEN MEAL
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. canola oil
2 cups pre-cooked Perdue Chicken, thawed and cut in cubes
1 cup cashew pieces (unsalted)
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 large carrots, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
3 tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
1 heaping tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. sugar
2 cups water
4 pkg. Ramen noodles
1 Ramen noodle chicken flavor packet*
1 cup water with 4 tbsp. cornstarch

Note: Use only one Ramen noodle flavor packet -- the others may be used in another recipe.

In large skillet put in 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons canola oil. Add pre-cooked chicken, cashews, celery, carrots and onions. Simmer on medium heat, stirring often until carrots are starting to get tender, about 15 minutes.

Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, ginger, sugar, 2 cups of water, 1 chicken flavor packet and 1 cup of water with 4 tablespoons of cornstarch dissolved in it. Simmer until well blended and it begins to thicken and boil, about 5 to 10 minutes.

Boil 4 packages of Ramen noodles in about 5 cups of water until done, about 3 minutes, drain.

Serve cashew chicken over your Ramen noodles and enjoy!
