SAUSAGE CHEESE STRATA 
1 lb. sausage, browned & drained
6 slices white bread
1/4 c. soft butter
2 1/4 c. Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry Coleman's mustard

Butter bread and quarter. Put sausage, bread and cheese in layers in 3-quart baking dish, (sprayed well with Pam), end with cheese layer. Combine eggs, milk and seasoning and pour over layers and let stand overnight. Do not add salt, cheese is salty enough. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. Serves 6.
