HONEY GLAZE FOR GINGER BREAD 
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. butter

Combine sugar, honey and butter in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir occasionally. Brush mixture on hot ginger bread.

I used this glaze for Easter bread (Challa bread). It has a very nice flavor to make any palet happy. I withheld a star because of the cooking instructions. I boiled it as instructed but after it cooled on the bread, it was a hard jolly rancher texture that peeled off. I made another batch with same ingredients but heated only long enough to melt the butter, stirring continuously. It cooled with a creamy glaze that was full of buttery honey flavor. Perfect. Thank you! :)
