PORK CHOPS WITH PEACHES 
Pork chops
1/8 c. vegetable oil
Onion slices
Peach half for each chop
Cinnamon

Brown pork chops in oil. Continue cooking for 20 minutes, turning chops. Lay onion slices on top of each chop, cover and steam for another 10 minutes. Slide onions off to side. Place one peach half on top of each chop and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and simmer for 5 more minutes. Drain grease and serve.
