CHEESE & SAUSAGE STRATA 
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms (or from jar)
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
4 c. bread, cut in 3/4 inch cubes
1 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten

Brown sausages, drain and add vegetables. Continue cooking 5 minutes. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes. Stir in cheese cubes and bread cubes. Place in a Pyrex dish.

Beat eggs and milk and pour over the above. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake 50 to 55 minutes, until golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
