3 c. flour (plain)
1 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. buttermilk

Mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt thoroughly. Add eggs and buttermilk with 1 teaspoon baking soda in each cup, stirred thoroughly. (Pour buttermilk mixture until proper consistency reached.) Cook on well greased grill, medium heat, turn over once. NOTE: Secret of good pancakes is in the cooking.
