OVEN PANCAKE 
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

FILLING:

3 bananas, firm
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
Chopped nuts

Mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar and salt in bowl. Batter will be lumpy. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in 12" oven proof skillet, pour in batter and bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 10 more minutes. Pour filling in middle and serve topped with nuts and whipped cream.

FILLING: Melt butter in skillet and add brown sugar. Slice 1" sections of banana and stir into brown sugar to coat.
