3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar

Melt 1/4 cup shortening or butter in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix the ingredients i a bowl. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour mix into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve with syrup or berries.
