1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. crushed cardamom

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat eggs and milk slightly, add dry ingredients. Beat. Pour into buttered 8 or 9 inch glass pie plate. Bake about 25-30 minutes. Will fall flat as pancake. Serve hot with jam or syrup. Serves 4.
