FAMILY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. half and half
2 c. cream soups (chicken, celery, potato, etc.)
Salt and pepper
Onion and pimento
1/2 c. melted butter
1 to 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine soups, cream and seasons. Pour over hash browns in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with cheese and or bread crumbs, cornflakes or crackers.
