FAMILY CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice
4 c. cooked turkey
1 med. onion, diced
1 green pepper, in strips
6 ribs celery, cut up
1 med. can mushrooms
2 cans mushroom soup
1 sm. jar pimientos
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
5 oz. toasted slivered almonds

Place layer of rice in wide casserole. Add layer of turkey, then layer of vegetables. Season and spread on a layer of soup. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with cheese, pimientos and almonds. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated throughout. Serves 15.
